On-premises Model
With the SPI on-premises deployment model, the SPI Orange Series software is installed and operates on client-server architecture whereby the server is owned and managed by the client. The location of the server and database can be on-site, or in a remote data center, or perhaps in the cloud as a hosted service.
When the client chooses this model, we install and configure the SPI products on the client’s server. It relies on the local area network (LAN) and the hardware resources provided by the client.
In this model, the client is responsible for the ongoing costs of the server hardware, Windows, and SQL Server updates released by Microsoft.
Key Points

Cloud Model
In today’s connected world, there is often a preference to eliminate on-site server hardware with the goal of reducing initial investment and on-going maintenance costs.
The SPI Cloud deployment model will allow your resort personnel to access the SPI Orange Series software applications over the Internet using mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.
This model has a low up-front cost with a convenient monthly fee that includes the software license, hosting, support, and updates.
When the client chooses this model, we install and configure the SPI products in our cloud environment. We provide the infrastructure, hardware, and software resources.
In this model, SPI is responsible for hardware, Windows, and SQL Server updates released by Microsoft.
Key Points

Hybrid Model
With the Hybrid deployment model, mission-critical SPI Orange Series software applications are installed using the On-Premises model and the ancillary SPI Orange Series applications accessed using the Cloud model. This model provides the advantages of both the Cloud and the On-Premises model.
When the client chooses this model, we install and configure some SPI products in our cloud environment and others in the client’s server.
In this model, SPI is responsible for the cloud resources and the client is responsible for the on-premises resources.
